For the first week of consumption of Saffron Honey, please use only half a wooden teaspoon of Saffron Honey, mixed with 200ml to 300ml of warm water per consumption. This is to ensure that your body gets used to the Saffron Honey. After the first week, if you are comfortable, you can use Saffron Honey as it is meant to be used.

Children over the age of one is able to drink Saffron Honey. We recommend to following for child aged between 1 to 5 using the same dosage of half wooden teaspoon mixed with 200ml to 300ml of warm water. After mixing well, transfer 1 to 2 teaspoon of the mixture into the child's cup. Mix in another 200 ml into the child's cup. Stir well and drink.

For young children, we recommend that you test first. A small amount to start, half a wooden teaspoon mixed with 500ml to 600ml of warm water. After mixing well, split the mixture between 2 children who can consume the drink over the entire day.

For Adults, take 1 teaspoon and mix with 200ml to 300ml of warm water, each time you drink Saffron Honey. For young children, take 1 teaspoon from the adult's cup and mix in additional 100ml of warm water into the child's cup.

Usage Instructions:

-          Stir 1 teaspoon of Saffron Honey well with 200ml of warm water.

-          Recommended to use the wooden teaspoon provided instead of metal spoons to prevent a change of flavour and other properties to the honey.

-          Consume Saffron Honey 2 times daily, once in the morning and evening.

-          Store in a cool and dry place.
